Get Started with Commercial Banking Relationship Solution
Before you start using Commercial Banking Relationship Solution, review the prerequisites, product navigation, and considerations.

Before installing Commercial Banking Relationship Solution, make sure that your org has these necessary licenses.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find, and select Salesforce Go.
- Enter Commercial Banking Relationship Solution in the Search field, and select Commercial Banking Relationship Solution.

Click Get Started.
The system automatically runs a pre-install check to verify if your org has the necessary licenses and usage-based entitlements.

Click Install.
- Note: During installation, you will be prompted with Consent & Disclaimer modals (including an AI Disclaimer and Default Component Conflict Disclaimer). Accept these consents to proceed with the installation.
- The installation automatically turns on features like Business Relationship Plans, Interaction Summaries, and Interest Tags. It also preconfigures Business Milestones and enables the Timeline org preference.
- If the installation fails, to view the logs, click View Logs on the Commercial Banking Relationship Solution page. If the problem persists, contact Salesforce Customer Support.

Post the installation, to deploy sample data for action plans and interest tags, follow
these steps.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find, and select Flows.
- Click the Commercial Banking Bundle: Deploy Action Plan Data flow.
- Click Activate, and then click Run.
- Click the Commercial Banking Bundle: Deploy Interest Tag Data flow.

Click Activate, and then click Run.
Review the sample data deployed by these flows.

To create an account plan by applying the prebuilt Flexcard template, follow these
steps.
- On the Commercial Banking Relationship Solution Setup page, click Activate to apply the prebuilt Flexcard template. You're redirected to the account plan record page.
- On the Account Plan record page, go to the Overview tab and select a template from the available Flexcard templates.
- Click Apply to use the selected template on the Account Plan record page.

To view the account record page with details such as client history, interactions, and
strategic plans, follow these steps.
- From the App Launcher, select Accounts.
- Click Apex Logistics and open the record.
