Set up record alerts and Record Alert Actionable Target object for contextual alerts on
the Record Alerts Flexcard.
- Set Up Record Alerts.
- To view contextual actions on the record alerts Flexcard, in Setup, edit a profile and give it access to the Record Alert Actionable Target object.
- In Tab Settings, set the tab visibility for Record Alert Actionable Target.
- In Standard Object Permissions, set permissions for Record Alert Actionable Target, and save your changes.
- In Contextual Alerts Library, determine which contextual alerts you want to activate.

- Set Up Data Cloud for Financial Services Cloud.
- Create a Data Action Target in Data Cloud.

Create a Data Action in Data Cloud by using
the data action target that you created.
When you create the action, use the Calculated Insight object type.

Activate the Create Actionable Orchestration Source Event flow for all contextual
alerts.
The flow connects Data Cloud to the event orchestration.
- In Setup, find and select Flow, and then select Create Actionable Orchestration Source Event flow.
- In flow builder, click Save as New Flow, enter a name and a description for the flow, and then click Activate.

Create an actionable event orchestration for contextual alerts.
- In Setup, find and select Actionable Event Orchestration Settings, and then turn on Actionable Event Orchestration.
- To create an Actionable Event Orchestration record, in Setup, find and select Contextual Alerts.

In the Set Up an Event Orchestration section, click Create Actionable
Event Orchestration.
The Contextual Alerts Orchestration record is created with the subtype, execution procedure, context definition, and mapping needed for contextual alerts.
- To view the actionable event orchestration record that you created, go to the Actionable Event Orchestration home page.
