Click New Service Process, and then select Create from
Template.
Select Initiate Automated Account Transfer, and click
Save & Launch.
Enter a name and a unique API name for the process.
You need the API name to update the Initiate Automated Customer Account Transfer
Omniscript, flow, and Flexcards.
Update the short and long descriptions.
Save your changes.
