Add Your Company Logo to an Email Template for Retail Banking Service Process
Add your company logo to Salesforce Classic documents and incorporate the logo into an
email template. You can later use the email template with retail banking service processes for
customer interactions.

User Permissions Needed
To view the Documents tab and documents:
Read on documents
To upload documents:
Create on documents
To edit email templates:
For public email templates: Modify All Data, Manage Public Lightning Email Templates
permission, or template ownership
For email templates in an Enhanced folder: Modify All
data, Edit access to the folder, or template ownership
For private email templates:
Modify All Data or template ownership
Upload your company logo to the Documents tab.
Click your profile
name,
and select Switch to Salesforce Classic.
Go to the Documents tab.
If you don’t see the Documents tab in the menu bar, click + and select
it
from the list.
Under Recent Documents, click New.
Enter a document name, select Externally Available Image, and
select the folder where you want to store the image file.
Select Choose File, go to the image folder, and import the
file.
Save your changes.
Copy the image address.
On the Documents tab, click the image file that you uploaded.
Right-click the image, and select Copy Image Address.
To use an email address for customer interactions, add an organization-wide email address.
