            Add Assessment Questions in the Report First Notice of Loss for Homeowners Service Process

            Help your service reps capture accurate claim details from homeowners using a pre-built discovery framework sample questionnaire for First Notice of Loss request.

            User Permissions Needed
            To enable Discovery Framework: Customize Application
            To embed an Omniscript in another OmniScript: Omnistudio Admin
            1. Deploy the Discovery Framework Sample Template for Transaction Dispute Management.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework, and then under Discovery Framework, select General Settings.
              2. Enable Discovery Framework, Import or Export, and Sample Templates.
              3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework Sample Templates, and then select Discovery Framework Sample Templates.
              4. To see a list of the assessment questions that are included in the template, next to Insurance Service Request Questionnaire, click View Details.
              5. Click Deploy.
                Wait for the deployment process to complete.
            2. Clone and activate the FSCINS/FNOLHomeInsurancePropertyDamageQuestionnaire Omniscript.
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omnistudio.
              2. In the Omnistudio app, from the navigation bar, select Omniscripts.
                It can take a little time for the Omniscripts app to open.
              3. Select FSCINS/FNOLHomeInsurancePropertyDamageQuestionnaire Omniscript.
              4. Click New Version.
              5. Click Activate Version.
