            Create a Manage Card Usage Action

            Create an Action Launcher deployment that uses the service process template to give your users quick access to the Manage Card Usage Omniscript.  If you have an existing action launcher deployment, add the Manage Card Usage Omniscript to it.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To associate the Omniscripts for service processes with an Action Launcher deployment: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Action Launcher, and then click Action Launcher.
              If you can't see Action Launcher, contact your Salesforce admin to get the Industries Service Excellence permission set.
            2. Edit a deployment, or click New Deployment.
            3. Click Next.
            4. Enter a label and an API name for the deployment.
            5. In Guidance to Show, select Omniscripts.
            6. Click Next.
            7. Move Account from Available Objects to Selected Objects.
              The selected objects determine the objects where you can show the action.
            8. Click Next.
            9. In Select actions to add, select the /FSCRtl/ManageCardUsage/Multi-Language action.
            10. Click Next.
            11. In Select Frequently Used Actions, select the Action API Name /FSCRtl/ManageCardUsage/Multi-Language Omniscript.
              Note
              Note To see the Omniscript in the list, activate the Omniscript.

              If you created a unique Omniscript with a different name, select your customized Omniscript.

            12. Save your changes.
