Add Data Attributes for the Request Insurance Proof Service Process
Create data attributes to store the information from a client. The Request Insurance
Proof service process has predefined data attributes. Create more data attributes to suit your
business requirements.

User Permissions Needed
To
activate the Proof of Insurance Omniscript:
Customize Application
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service Process Studio, and then select
Service Process Studio.
Edit a service process or create one.
Select Data
Attributes, and then click New Data
Attribute.
Enter an attribute name and an API name.
Select an attribute type.
Select a data type.
If needed, select a parent attribute.
If needed, enter a default value and description.
To make this attribute mandatory for record creation, select
Required.
Click Add.
Save your changes.
