          Add Data Attributes for the Estate Planning Service Process

          Create data attributes to store the information that a customer provides. The Estate Planning service process has predefined data attributes. Create more data attributes based on your business needs.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To add attributes: Customize Application
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service Process Studio, and then click Service Process Studio.
          2. Edit a service process or create one.
            Before you update a service process, deactivate it.
          3. Select Data Attributes, and then click New Data Attribute.
          4. Enter a name and an API name for the attribute.
          5. Select the attribute type.
          6. Select the data type.
          7. If needed, select a parent attribute.
          8. If needed, enter a default value and description.
          9. If needed, select Required.
          10. Click Add.
          11. Save your changes, and activate the service process.
