          Clone the Omniscript for the Report First Notice of Loss for Homeowners Service Process

          Give your users a guided path for completing the request intake process in the Report First Notice of Loss for Homeowners service process. Use the Omniscript as it is, or customize it to meet your business needs.

          To clone the Report First Notice of Loss for Homeowners Omniscript: Customize Application
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omniscripts.
            Wait a few moments for the Omniscripts list view to appear.
          2. Select FSCINS/FNOLHomeOwnersInsurance.
          3. Click New Version.
          4. To enable your reps to use Google Maps to find locations on a map, set up Google API keys.
            To generate the required Google Maps API key, see Google Maps Platform Documentation.
          5. Use the Find in page bar to search for the EnterIncidentDetails step.
          6. Locate the Type Ahead Block component for the address that you want to enable the functionality for, and open its Properties.
          7. Enter the API Key in the Google Maps API Key field that you created.
          8. Select the country.
          9. Similarly, enable Google Maps integration for these components on other pages where location is captured.
            1. Insured Party Location: Find the location type ahead block under the Insured Party Location section and update the API key.
            2. Third Party Property Location: Inside the Add Property edit block under the Other Party Detail step, find the location type ahead block and update the API key.
          10. Click Activate Version.
            If the API key is missing or invalid, users must manually enter the location data.
