            Clone the Set Up Required Minimum Distribution Salesforce Flow

            Show your users the step-by-step instructions to submit a Set Up Required Minimum Distribution request for a client. Customize the flow to meet your business needs.

            To clone the Set Up Required Minimum Distribution flow: Customize Application

            The Process Set Up Reuired Minimum Distribution orchestration notifies the account that a Set Up Reuired Minimum Distribution request was made and attempts to process the request. If the attempt is successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies the account. If the attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.

            Customize and add the Process Set Up Required Minimum Distribution orchestration to the Set Up Required Minimum Distribution service process.

            1. Clone the flow.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
              2. Click New Flow.
              3. Find and select the Process Wealth Setup Required Minimum Distribution orchestration template.
              4. Save your changes.
              5. Enter a label and a description for the orchestration.
              6. Enter WealthSetupRMD as the API name for the orchestration.
              7. Save your changes.
            2. Refresh the Process Set Up Required Minimum Distribution orchestration page.
            3. Save and activate the Set Up Required Minimum Distribution Flow orchestration.
