          Set Up Initiate Automated Customer Account Transfer as a Self-Service Process

          Configure a self-service portal from using the Financial Services Client Portal template and give your customer community users a self-guided process to transfer securities.

          Before you begin, see Setup and Configuration of the Initiate Automated Customer Account Transfer Service Process.

          1. On the Financial Services Client portal, configure the Initiate Automated Customer Account Transfer service process for self-service.
          2. Assign user permissions to access Named Credentials and External Credentials.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
            2. Edit the cloned community user profile.
            3. In the Administrative Permissions section, select Allows users to modify Named Credentials and External Credentials.
            4. Save your changes.
