          Submit a Manage Beneficiaries Request for Retail Banking Service Process

          ​​Your service reps can capture and submit a Manage Beneficiaries request through the Manage Beneficiaries Omniscript.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To submit a Manage Beneficiaries request: Customize Application
          1. On the customer’s Account record page, in Action Launcher, select the action for managing beneficiaries.
          2. Select the financial account that you want to add a beneficiary to or remove a beneficiary from.
          3. To add a beneficiary, select the add option. Enter the details of the beneficiary, such as beneficiary name, email, birth date, relationship with the beneficiary, and address.
            If the beneficiary is a minor, enter the guardian’s details.
          4. To remove beneficiaries, select the delete option. Select the beneficiaries that you want to remove.
          5. Review the beneficiary's details, and submit the request.

          A case is created in Salesforce for adding or removing a beneficiary request.
