          Submit a Notify Travel Plans Request for Retail Banking Service Process

          ​​Your service reps can capture and submit a travel plan request through the Notify Travel Plans Omniscript.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To submit a notify travel plans request: Customize Application
          1. On the customer’s Account record page, from the Action Launcher, select the action to notify the travel service request.
          2. Select a financial account.
          3. Select the active credit and debit cards.
          4. Provide the travel details, such as date of travel and place of travel.
          5. Provide ‌contact details.
          6. Review the details of the notify travel plans request and submit the request.

          A case is created in Salesforce for the submitted travel plan notification.
