          Submit a Reset PIN Request

          ​​Your service reps can capture and submit a PIN reset request through the Reset PIN Omniscript.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To submit a PIN reset request: Customize Application
          1. On the customer’s Account record page, in Action Launcher, select the action to request a PIN reset.
          2. Select the active debit or credit card that you want to reset the PIN for.
          3. Verify the card details, including the expiration date and CVV number.
          4. Provide the reason for the PIN reset, and select the preferred method for the reset.
          5. Review the details of the request, and then submit the request.

          A case is created in Salesforce for the submitted PIN reset request.
