          Submit an Update Profile Request for Wealth Banking Service Request

          ​​Your service reps can create and submit an Update Profile request by using the Update Profile Omniscript.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To submit an Update Profile request: Customize Application
          1. On the customer’s Person Account record page, in Action Launcher, select the action to create the Update Profile service request.
          2. Select the profile details that you want to update.
            If you choose to update the address and click Next, a list of all shipping, billing, and financial account addresses associated with the customer is shown. Enter the new address, and select the addresses to be updated.
          3. Review the requested changes to the profile, and submit the request.

          A case is created in Salesforce for the submitted Update Profile request.
