          Submit an Order Checkbook Request for Retail Banking Service Process

          Your service agents can capture and submit an Order Checkbook request through the Order Checkbook Omniscript. A case is then created in Salesforce.

          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up the Order Checkbook service process: Customize Application
          1. On the customer’s Person Account record page, in action launcher, select the action for raising a new checkbook service request.
          2. Select a financial account.
          3. Enter the number of check leaves, select a shipping preference and a shipping address.
          4. Review the check book order details and submit the request.

          A case is created in Salesforce for the submitted new checkbook request.
