that an Initiate Vehicle First Notice of Loss request was made and attempts to process the
request. If the attempt is successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies
the account. If the attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.
Customize and add the Process Initiate Vehicle First Notice of Loss orchestration to the
Initiate Vehicle First Notice of Loss service process.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click New Flow.
Click Use a Template.
Select Flow Orchestration Templates from the list.
