          ​​Your service reps can create and submit an Initiate Vehicle First Notice of Loss request through the Initiate Vehicle First Notice of Loss Omniscript.

          User Permissions Needed
          To submit an Initiate Vehicle First Notice of Loss request: Customize Application
          1. On the customer’s Account record page, from the Action Launcher, select the action to initiate the Vehicle First Notice of Loss request.
          2. Select the policy asset associated with the vehicle that you want to file the first notice of loss for.
          3. Enter the incident details, such as the date, time, and description of the loss event.
          4. Provide the insured party’s related details, including the contact information and policy number.
          5. Enter any available evidence, such as photos, reports, and details of witnesses.
          6. Review the summary of all entered details, and submit the request.

          A case is created in Salesforce for the submitted Initiate Vehicle First Notice of Loss request.
