Customize the Page Layouts with Source System ID for Transaction Dispute Management
Add the Source System ID field to the Financial Account and Account page layouts. This
field shows the ID of the record in the core banking system. The ID determines which account to
pull data from in the core banking system.

To create and edit page layouts:
Customize Application
The Financial Services Cloud managed package must be installed in Salesforce before
you can complete these steps.
Update the page layouts.
In Setup, go to Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Financial Account, then select
Financial Account.
In Page Layouts, click Financial Account (Banking) Layout.
In the Quick Find box, enter Source System ID.
Drag the Source System ID field to the Information pane.
Save your changes.
Complete steps b through f for other Account and Financial Account page layouts.
Update the Source System ID field.
From the App Launcher, find and select Retail Banking.
From the Retail Banking app menu, click Financial Accounts.
Update the Source System ID field for the financial accounts with your core banking
system ID.
