| Deposits for 1 year | Average and total deposits for the past one year, starting from the last day of the previous month. |
| Expenses for 3 Months | Average and total expenses for the past three months, starting from the last day of the previous month. |

| Large Expense | Expense that is two standard deviations larger than an average expense. |
| Low Feasibility Goals 6 Mo from Target | All active financial goals that are within six months of their target dates and have reached less than 70% feasibility of reaching their targets. |
| Low Feasibility Plans | All active financial plans that have reached less than 70% feasibility of reaching their goals. |
| Managed Financial Account Balance | Sum of all financial account balances of type General, Investment, Savings, and Checking under management. |
| Monthly Expenses by Category Last Year | The sum of all monthly incoming transactions sorted by transaction category for each month in the last year. |
| Percentage of Assets to Liabilities | Total assets divided by total liabilities. |
| Percentage of Cash Inflow Spent | The total monthly cash inflow divided by the total cash outflow. |
| Target Allocation Drift | Portfolio allocations that have drifted from the target allocations. |
| Total Annual Expenses | The sum of all outgoing transactions year to date. |
