            Turn On AI-Powered Document Validation

            Activate the generative AI engine that compares extracted document data against your Salesforce records. This step requires specific permissions and a connection to Einstein generative AI.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience.
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited editions that have Financial Services Cloud enabled.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable AI-Powered Document Validation:

            Financial Services Cloud Comprehensive OR FSC Sales OR FSC Service

            AND

            Einstein for Financial Service Addon

            AND

            Document Checklist Item

            AND

            Data Cloud Architect

            AND

            Prompt Template Manager
            1. From Setup, find and select Advanced Document Validation Settings.
            2. Turn on AI-Powered Document Validation.
