To use AI-Powered Document Validation to validate a document checklist
item:
Financial Services Cloud Comprehensive OR FSC Sales OR FSC
Service

Document Checklist Item
AND
Data Cloud
User
AND
Prompt Template User
From the App Launcher, find and select Document Checklist Items,
and then open the document checklist item to validate.
Click Validate Document.
Review the generative AI summary, which highlights discrepancies and explains why data
points don't match your Salesforce records.
