Enable Customer Community Permissions to Access Financial Services Cloud
Enable the Customer Community Read Only permission set to provide the permissions and field-level security settings that customer site users need to access Financial Services Cloud.
Follow these steps to enable the Customer Community Read Only permission set:
- From Setup, enter Manage Users in Quick Find, then select Users.
- Select a user name.
- Select the Permission Set Assignments related list.
- Click Edit Assignments.
- Select Customer Community Read Only in Available Permission Sets and add it to Enabled Permission Sets.
- Save your changes.
