          Enable Field-Level Security for Complaint Summary

          Field-level security determines the access level for each field in an object. Use the Object Manager to enable the Field-Level Security for Complaint Summary field on the Public Complaint object.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud and FSC Service Einstein Add-On are enabled.

          User Permissions Needed
          To set field-level security:

          Manage Profiles and Permission Sets

          AND

          Customize Application

          Use the Object Manager to specify field-level security settings for profiles. For more information, see Set Field-Level Security for a Field on All Profiles.

          Before you begin, assign the required permissions to your users to use the complaint intake process. See Assign Complaint Management Permissions to Users.

          1. From Setup, enter Object Manager in the Quick Find box, and then select Object Manager.
          2. In the Quick Find box, enter Public Complaint, and select Public Complaint.
          3. Select Fields & Relationships.
          4. Select Complaint Summary.
          5. Click Set Field-Level Security.
          6. For the profiles that use the complaint intake process, select Visible and deselect Read-Only.
          7. Save your changes.
