Field-level security determines the access level for each field in an object. Use the
Object Manager to enable the Field-Level Security for Complaint Summary field on the Public
Complaint object.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Financial Services
Cloud and FSC Service Einstein Add-On are enabled.
From Setup, enter Object Manager in the Quick Find box, and then
select Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Public Complaint, and select
Public Complaint.
Select Fields & Relationships.
Select Complaint Summary.
Click Set Field-Level Security.
For the profiles that use the complaint intake process, select
Visible and deselect Read-Only.
Save your changes.
