In the Financial Services Cloud managed package, Rollup By Lookup (RBL) Rules help you create summary rollups for your customer's financial information. There are around 52 RBL configurations that aggregate financial information from Financial Account and related managed package objects. With the enhanced RBL framework, you can convert the RBL rules into Data Processing Engine definitions, giving you 52 Data Processing Engine definitions that optimize the execution of these RBL rules for faster processing.
The equivalent standard feature is called Financial Summary Rollup and is available in your org without installing the Financial Services Cloud managed package. The Financial Summary Rollup feature includes 8 out-of-the-box Data Processing Engine definitions that aggregate financial information from Financial Account and related standard objects.
If you’re transitioning from Rollup By Lookup in the Financial Services Cloud managed package to the standard Financial Summary Rollup feature, review these Data Processing Engine definition mappings between managed package and standard definitions.
