Periodically Run Data Processing Engine Definitions to Aggregate Financial
Information
To make sure that all recent record updates to Financial Services
Cloud standard objects are accounted for, create schedule-triggered flows so that Data Processing
Engine definitions are periodically run and you can view the latest updated summary rollup
results.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
User Permissions Needed
To create a schedule-triggered flow and run a summary rollup definition:
Modify All Data permission
AND
Customize Application permission
AND
Data Pipelines Base User permission set
From Setup, find and select Flows.
Click New Flow.
Select Start From Scratch, and click
Next.
Select Schedule-Triggered Flow, and then click
Create.
Set a schedule so that the Data Processing Engine definition that you plan to link with the
flow runs according to the specified schedule.
Drag an action element of your
choice
and connect it to the flow.
In the Filter By section, select Type.
Select Data Processing Engine.
Search for and select any of the Data Processing Engine definitions of Financial Summary
Rollup process type that you cloned and customized.
Specify a label and API Name.
Click Done.
Repeat these steps to create multiple flows to run multiple Data Processing Engine
definitions.
