            Add an Einstein Summary to an Account Page

            To use Einstein Summary, add the Einstein Summary component to an account record page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and manage prompt templates in Prompt Builder: Prompt Template Manager permission set
            To use the Einstein Summary component: Einstein for Service Innovations permission set
            Note
            Note You can also add the component to the Tab component.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder.
            2. Select Account_Record_Page and click Edit.
            3. Drag the Einstein Summary component to the account record page.
            4. Under Prompt Template Name, click Select.
            5. From the Available column, drag Record Summary to the Selected column. 
            6. Click OK.
            7. On Prompt Template Name, click Select.
            8. Move Client Profile Summary to the Selected section. 
            9. Click OK.
            10. Save your changes, and then activate the page, if necessary.
