Evaluate party profiles and review application forms by organizing users into specific groups, levels, and hierarchies. Queues for application forms and party profiles help manage tasks, such as data verification and underwriting based on users' roles, locations, and skill levels.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Queues, and then click Queues.
          2. Click New.
          3. Enter a label for the queue.
            For example, Underwriter User Queue.
          4. If needed, add an email for the queue.
          5. If needed, select Send Emails to Members.
          6. Under Supported Objects, add the objects from Available Objects to Selected Objects.
For example, for an underwriter queue, you can select Application Form and Party Profile.
