Run the Create Financial Records process to generate financial records, such as financial
accounts or property assets, from loan application data. Use the Mortgage Settings to define which
records are created when this process runs.

Editions
Enable the mortgage settings.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Mortgage, and then select
Mortgage Settings.
Review the setting descriptions. Decide which records to generate when the Create
Financial Records process runs for a closed loan application.
Click Enable for each type of record to create.
Confirm the quick action on the record page.
From Setup, click Object Manager.
Click Residential Loan Application.
Click Page Layouts.
Click Mobile & Lightning Actions.
Expand the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
Confirm that the Create Financial Records action is on the record page. If it’s not, add
the action to the record page and save your changes.
Create a record.
On the Residential Loan Application record page click Create Financial
Records.
Financial Records are created based on the mortgage settings creation settings
enabled by your Salesforce admin.
