          1. Prepare Your Salesforce Org for Complaint Alerts on Slack
            Set up Complaint Management, assign the required permission sets, and install Salesforce for Slack to set up and configure Slack for complaint alerts.
          2. Request a Salesforce Connection in Slack
            Connect your Salesforce org to Slack. When you request a Salesforce connection in Slack, you can choose how your members’ Slack and Salesforce accounts are connected. You can automatically configure member accounts by using email or SAML NameID fields.

            To ensure secure data sharing between Salesforce and Slack platforms, review and authorize requests to link your Salesforce organization with Slack.
          4. Activate Salesforce Connection in Slack
            After your Salesforce admin has approved the connection request from Slack, finalize and activate the connection within your Slack workspace to complete the Slack to Salesforce integration process.
          5. Configure Complaint Alerts on Slack by Using the Prebuilt Flow Template
            Create a flow by using the prebuilt flow template, Send Slack Notification to Complaint Owner. Customize the flow according to your business requirements.
