Setup and Configuration of AI-Powered Document Validation
To automate the verification of user-submitted documents, you provision Data 360,
enable the validation engine, and define the field-matching logic. This setup helps the system
compare extracted file data against your Salesforce records with generative AI.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited
Editions that have Financial Services Cloud enabled.
Turn On AI-Powered Document Validation Activate the generative AI engine that compares extracted document data against your Salesforce records. This step requires specific permissions and a connection to Einstein generative AI.
Automate Validation with Flow Builder Use an autolaunched flow to trigger the document extraction and comparison process when a user uploads a file. The flow sends the document to the AI engine, which evaluates the content against your validation definitions.
