Service processes use standard autolaunched flows to send an automatic acknowledgment email to
customers immediately after they submit a request. By default, these emails use a generic
header. Clone the specific email flow for your service process and update the HeaderImageURL
constant to show your company's logo.
Note Setting up the company logo in service process communications isn’t applicable for the
Address Update and Fee Reversal service processes.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
In the list view, find and select the autolaunched flow responsible for sending an email
for your specific service process. You can find the name of the required autolaunched flow in
Financial Service
Processes Artifacts and Components.
Open the orchestration, and go to the Notify Account of <Service_Process_Name> Request
step.
Update the action value with the name of the flow that you created.
