Make sure that your users can select valid state and country values in the intake forms
of your service processes. Enable and configure the standard state and country/territory
picklists in Salesforce to support address data capture for specific banking and insurance
service processes.

Several financial service processes require users to enter address information, such as
shipping destinations for checkbooks or billing addresses for insurance policies. These
Omniscript forms rely on the standard Salesforce state and country picklists.
Perform this task only if you’re setting up these service processes.
