            Install the Service Process Template

            Generate the unique product ID for your service process. The Product ID links your intake forms to their corresponding fulfillment flows.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Financial Services Cloud and Unified Catalog.
            User Permissions Needed
            To install a template: Industry Service Excellence admin user
            1. From the App Launcher, select Unified Catalog, and then select Templates.
            2. Open the template for the service process.
            3. Click Install.
              Wait for the success message. You’re redirected to the newly created service process record.
            4. In the browser URL of this new service process, copy the record ID, for example 01tDn00000Wxyz.

              01tDn00000Wxyz is the product ID for the service. You need this product ID to connect the service process to the intake Omniscript and the fulfillment flow orchestrator.
