          Prepare the Components Required for Your Service Process Setup

          Clone the specific Omniscripts and flow orchestrators before you install the service process template. The installation process links to these components by their API names.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Financial Services Cloud and Unified Catalog.

          If the components don’t exist, or if their names don’t match with the required API names, the installation results in an error.

          Note Keep the Financial Service Processes Artifacts and Components open in a separate tab. Copy and paste the exact API names required for your service process.
          1. Identify the template for the service process that you want to set up.
            1. From the App Launcher, enter Unified Catalog, and then select Unified Catalog.
            2. Select Templates.
            3. Select the financial service process template. For example, Notify Travel Plans.
              Review the What’s Included section to see the components the service process uses. Review the Usage Guide section to understand what’s needed to install the service process template. Review the Process Flow section to understand how to open and capture a service process request. Review the Scope and Use Cases section to know the scope and the use cases for the service process.
          2. Clone the intake Omniscript for the service process.
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omniscripts.

              Wait a few moments for the Omniscripts list view to appear.

            2. Select the Omniscript for the service process that you want to deploy.
            3. To create a version, click New Version.
            4. To activate the new version of the service process, click Activate Version.

            Make sure that the Omniscript's API name matches the name mentioned in the Financial Service Processes Artifacts and Components. If you use a different API name, the installation results in an error.

          3. Clone the fulfillment flow orchestrator for the service process.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. In the search box, enter the name of the flow orchestrator’s template for the service process, and then select the template. For example, to find the flow orchestrator template for the Notify Travel Plans service process, search for Process Notify Travel Plans.
            4. Click Save.
            5. For the Orchestration API Name, enter the API name as mentioned in the Financial Service Processes Artifacts and Components for the service process.
            6. Save your changes.
          4. Create integration definitions for the service process.

            The financial service processes use integration definitions that call the Connect API to submit a service process request.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integration Definitions, and then select Integration Definitions.
            2. Click + New.
            3. Select Apex Defined as the type.
            4. Enter the name and the developer name for the integration definition. Make sure that the developer name matches the name mentioned in Financial Service Processes Artifacts and Components for the service process.
            5. Click Next.
            6. Find and select the Apex class for the service process mentioned in Financial Service Processes Artifacts and Components.

              The Attribute Name and Attribute Value fields are automatically populated. Confirm if the Attribute Values for the Named Credential Attributes match the values mentioned in Financial Service Processes Artifacts and Components for the service process.

            7. Save and activate the integration definition.
