          Design and build custom service processes by using Service Process Studio. Service Process Studio provides a dedicated environment to build case-driven processes from the ground up. This framework uses custom setup objects, such as SvcCatalogItemDef, to define service attributes. It relies on the Service Process Connect API to generate case requests. Modifying or adding new data attributes in this framework requires writing custom Apex code.
