Update the Service Process Fulfillment Flow Orchestrator
Make sure that the correct automation runs when your users submit a service process
request by adding the unique product ID in the entry conditions of the fulfillment flow
orchestrator.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with
Financial Services Cloud and Unified Catalog.
User Permissions Needed
To update flow orchestrator:
Customize Application
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Open the new version of the flow orchestrator that you created.
In the formula under Set Entry Conditions, replace {{PlaceholderServiceProcessId}} with the
product ID of the service process.
Remove any generic placeholders, such as {!$Record.SvcCatalogItemDefinition.DeveloperName},
if they exist.
Save your changes.
Activate the flow orchestrator.
