Add Data Attributes for the Update Billing Frequency Service Process
Create data attributes to store information that a customer provides. The Update Billing
Frequency service process has predefined data attributes. Create more data attributes based on
your business needs.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
User Permissions Needed
To add attributes:
Customize Application
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service Process Studio, and
then click Service Process Studio.
Edit a service process or create one.
Before you update a service process, deactivate it.
Select Data Attributes, and then click New Data
Attribute.
Enter a name and an API name for the attribute.
Select the attribute type.
Select the data type.
If needed, select a parent attribute.
If needed, enter a default value and description.
If needed, select Required.
Click Add.
Save your changes and activate the service process.
