The Process Update Billing Frequency orchestration notifies the account that an Update Billing Frequency request was made and attempts to process the request. If the attempt is successful, the orchestration closes the associated case and notifies the account. If the attempt fails, the orchestration notifies the case owner.
Customize and add the Process Update Billing Frequency orchestration to the Update Billing Frequency service process.
