          Your service reps can capture and submit a billing frequency update request by using the Update Billing Frequency Omniscript.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To submit a billing frequency update request: Customize Application
          1. On the customer’s Account record page, from the Action Launcher, select the action to update the billing frequency.
          2. Select the insurance policy type and the active policy to update the billing frequency.
          3. Review the current billing schedule details, including the premium due date and premium frequency period.
          4. Select a new payment frequency, reason, and the date you want the change to take effect.
          5. Review the changes, and submit the request.

          A case is created in Salesforce for the submitted policy update billing request.
