            Configure Stage Assignment Rules for Visa Transaction Disputes

            Apply the Visa-specific workflow whenever a transaction dispute originates from this payment network. Setting up an assignment rule criteria prevent dispute processing errors by matching the correct stage definition to the transaction network type.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a stage assignment rule for Visa transaction disputes:

            Stage Management Design User

            AND

            Financial Services Cloud Standard OR Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Service
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Stage Definition Assignments, and then select Stage Definition Assignments.
            2. Click New.
            3. Enter a name and developer name for the assignment.
            4. Select Dispute Item as the reference object.
            5. For stage definition, select the definition that you created.
            6. Save your changes.
            7. Open the stage definition assignment that you created.
            8. In the stage assignment rule criteria section, click New.
            9. Enter a name for the stage assignment rule criteria.
            10. Select All Conditions Are Met (AND) as the expression type.
            11. Click Add Condition.
            12. Select Payment Network as the field name.
            13. Enter Equals as the operator and Visa as the value.
            14. For stage definition, select the definition that you created.
            15. Save your changes.
            16. Active the stage assignment rule criteria.
