Subagent: Complaint Handling Complaint handlers can use the Complaint Handling subagent to manage the full lifecycle of a customer complaint from investigation to resolution. The agent helps handlers analyze current complaint details and search for similar historical complaints to identify proven resolution strategies. Handlers can also generate audit-ready complaint resolution notes, update complaint records, and draft customer responses.
