          AND

          Financial Advisor Assistance setting

          To use Agentforce: Agent Platform Builder permission set
          To run Prompt Templates: Execute Prompt Templates user permission
          To use Financial Account Management standard objects: Financial Account Management Standard Objects setting
          1. Assign Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and Prompt Template permissions.
          2. Set Up Einstein Generative AI.
          3. Enable Agentforce.
          4. Turn on Financial Advisor Assistance.
            1. From Setup, find and select Financial Advisor Assistance.
            2. Turn on Financial Advisor Assistance.
          5. Turn on Financial Account Management Standard Objects.
            1. From Setup, find and select Financial Account Settings.
            2. Turn on Financial Account Management Standard Objects.
          6. Set Up Group Membership.
          7. Turn on account to contact relationship.
            1. In Setup, find and select Account Settings.
            2. In the Contacts to Multiple Accounts Settings section, select Allow users to relate a contact to multiple clients & prospects.
            3. Save your changes.
