            Get Your Digital Lending Org Ready to Use Agentforce

            Before you get started with Loan Product Assistance Agentforce Service Agent, create records and permission sets.

            To enable Digital Lending: Digital Lending Permissions
            To enable Agentforce:

            Manage AI Agents

            Prerequisites:

            • Make sure your org is provisioned with these add-on licenses

              • CdpDataSpaces
              • EinsteinGPTPlatformAddOn
              • EinsteinGPTCopilotAddOn

              • FlexCreditsMeteringAddon
              • GenieDataplatformStarter
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Lending, and then select Digital Lending.
            2. Turn on Digital Lending.
            3. Create records for Product, Program, Program Product, Term, Term Related Object, Product List Rate, and Product Fee.
              Make sure the Product Family values in the Product object are active.
            4. Specify the Product Category value in the Product Family field.
              The Product Family value must include "loan" for agents to recognize the product as a loan product.
