Turn on Loan Product Assistance to access prebuilt Loan Product Assistance template and
Lending Product Discovery topic.
Create an Agent by using the Loan Product Assistance
agent template and configure the settings according to your needs.
Grant the agent the additional access that it needs. Enable read access to Digital Lending
objects such as Product, Program, Program Product, Term, Term Related Object, Product List
Rate, and Product Fee.
Enable Digital Lending Admin User permission and assign it to the agent.
To test the agent, either enable criteria-based sharing for the objects or set them to
public.
Deploy the agent to the Experience Cloud site. The Loan Product Assistance Agent works with
both guest and logged-in users in Experience Cloud. While it is primarily designed for public
data and guest users, you can configure it to also support logged-in users.
