Metered and Unmetered Consumption
Agentforce for Loan Product Assistance is a template of the Agentforce Service agent. Generative AI usage for this agent and its templates is either metered or unmetered, depending on the permissions assigned to the interacting user. Loan Product Assistance Limitations
- If users see the output getting refreshed while working with Loan Product Assistance Agent, reach out to Salesforce Support to disable streaming.
- The Product Family value must include "loan" for agents to recognize the product as a loan product.
