Helps relationship managers manage post-meeting activities at the banks. Organizes
meeting notes according to the user’s inputs and creates records for interaction, interaction
summary, and interaction attendee. Shows meeting interest tags, logs relevant opportunities,
updates account plans, sends emails, and defines follow-up tasks based on meeting
discussions.

Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in
Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for
Financial Services add-on to access the action.

“Add Carole White as one of the attendee.”
“Identify potential opportunities from this meeting and create records.”
Guidelines and Considerations
To use agent actions associated with the Post-Meeting Assistance subagent, make sure that
you have permission to create Interaction, Interaction Summary, Interaction Attendee,
Account Plan Objective, Account Plan Objective Measure, and Opportunity records.
The Banking Relationship Assistance agent actions are built using Salesforce flows which
includes only necessary fields. You can customize these actions to include additional fields.
To tailor the flow's business logic to your needs, clone the standard agent actions available
in Agentforce Assets.
The actions create records automatically to keep the conversation smooth. If you need user
confirmation for record creation, clone the actions and add the necessary confirmation
steps.
LLMs don't know the user's timezone. So, when performing actions that involve date and time,
like Create Interaction, include the time along with the timezone. For example: The meeting was
at 2:30 PM PST.
To maintain context, timezone information is automatically passed between actions when they
are run sequentially. For example, the timezone from the Restructure Meeting Notes action is
used by the subsequent Create Interaction action.
Users can access Create Interest Tag action with Access Banking Relationship Assistance
and Einstein for Financial Services permissions.
