          Create Agent from an Agentforce Banking Service Assistance Template

          When clients want to avail common banking services, they raise a service process request with their bank and expect a quick turnaround. By using the prebuilt Banking Service Employee Assistance template, you provide your service reps with an AI assistant built into their flow of work. The AI assistant identifies and executes relevant subagents and actions to help service reps capture details and create a case to fulfill the service request.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on to access the action.
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Banking Service Employee Assistance subagents Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Service
          To use Agentforce Employee Agent Manage AI Agents and Manage Agentforce Employee Agents
          To turn on Banking Service Employee Assistance Access Banking Service Assistance

          Before you begin, make sure that you verified the Omnistudio settings.

          1. Set up Einstein generative AI to get access to powerful generative AI features.
          2. Enable Agentforce.
          3. Turn on Banking Service Employee Assistance to access the agent template with prebuilt subagents and actions.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Banking Service Assistance, and then under Agentforce for Financial Services, select Banking Service Assistance Settings.
            2. Turn on Banking Service Employee Assistance.
          4. If you’re using FSC Standard objects, enable Financial Account Management Standard Objects.
          5. If you’re using FSC Standard objects, enable Real-Time Financial Account Information to retrieve real-time account and transaction data from the external core banking system.
          6. Create an Agent by using the Banking Service Employee Assistance template and configure the settings according to your needs.
            Note
            Note Banking Service Employee Assistance agent template and subagents are available only in the Legacy Agentforce Builder.

            If you’re creating an agent using the Create with Gen AI option, make sure to include Banking Service Employee Assistance subagents.
