Agentforce Banking Service Assistance templates include prebuilt topics and Integration
Procedure (IP) based agent actions. You can easily extend the templates to meet your specific
business needs without the need for additional development. Customize topic configurations, add
validation logic, or create new actions or topics to match your requirements.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited
Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in
Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for
Financial Services add-on to access the action.
Configure your agent to modify existing configurations
or create new conversational flows on your own. For example, in the Checkbook Order agent
topic, you can add an action to collect the required shipping delivery date from customers.
You can also reuse out-of-the-box actions, such as Get Financial Accounts for an Account, Get
Financial Account Transactions, and Get Card Details for an Account in your own custom
topics.
Modify Topic_Config Integration Procedure The Get Topic Config agent action retrieves the prebuilt data configuration for a specific agent topic. The agent action uses the Topic_Config Integration Procedure (IP) which provides the topic's data configuration as a customizable JSON output. However, the output response JSON configuration differs for both Financial Services Standard objects and Financial Services Cloud Managed Package objects in the integration procedure.
Sample JSON Configuration for Banking Service Assistance Topics Here’re the prebuilt JSON configurations for different agent topics in Topic_Config Integration Procedure. The JSON configurations for a specific service process agent topic are identical across Banking Service Customer Assistance and Banking Service Employee Assistance.
