Authorize Your Users to Use Agentforce Banking Service Employee Assistance
Give your service reps access to appropriate fields, subagents, and actions associated
with the Banking Service Employee Assistance by assigning permissions to users.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited
Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in
Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for
Financial Services add-on to access the action.
User Permissions Needed
To assign permission sets:
Assign Permission Sets
AND
View Setup and Configuration
To set field-level security:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
AND
Customize
Application
Assign permission set licenses.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select
Users.
In the list view, click the user’s name to view the user details page.
Scroll down to the Permission Set Assignments section, and then click Edit
Assignments.
Select FSC Service, Industry Service Excellence, Omnistudio User, Prompt
Template User, and Einstein for Financial Services permission sets, and then
click Add.
Save your changes.
Configure field-level security for the Case Source field on the Case object.
In Setup, go to Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Case, and then select
Case.
Select Fields & Relationships.
Select Case Source, and click Set Field-Level
Security.
Select Visible and deselect Read-Only for
the profiles.
Save your changes.
